Pilates can be an excellent way to improve strength, mobility, balance, and body mechanics, which may support recovery from certain injuries and help prevent future issues. If you have a current injury, medical condition, or are recovering from surgery, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before beginning exercise. Our instructors can work with your limitations and modify exercises as needed.
